HIGHLIGHTS
Legend has it that a long-long time back Dugi Lag area was ruled by an atrocious chieftain who demanded cow’s milk for tax. Once a young woman with a baby was carrying milk for the chieftain. On the way the milk spilled out. Out of fear she put her own milk in the vessel. The Raja felt it very tasty and when he got to know
the facts he started to demand breast-milk and started to keep young lactating mothers as captives. Goddess Bhaga Sidh appeared to end his cruel reign. Later the goddess appeared as a mohra in a field. People made a temple dedicated to the goddess in gratitude. Devi has a slanting rath with 19 mohras. Temple of the devta has been renovated in 2005
